Turn off Focused Inbox in Outlook

Some emails may be missed because Outlook, by default, sorts messages into “Focused” and “Other”.
Sometimes, important emails end up in the “Other” category.
We recommend switching the view to “All” and “Unread” to avoid missing messages.
Outlook Classic
