Delete / Recreate Outlook Profile

  • After migrating to the new system, it is recommended to delete and reconfigure your Outlook profile.
  • This can resolve issues with mail flow for employee accounts and shared mailboxes.
1Close Outlook
2Search for “Control Panel”
3Click on “Mail”
4Click on “Show Profiles”
51. Select the profile 2. Click “Remove” 3. Then click “OK”
6After reopening Outlook, you can enter any name for the new Outlook profile
