Setting Up Exchange Online Mail Account on iOS Mail App (Staff)

  1. Open Settings

  2. Scroll down and select “Apps”
  3. Select the “Mail” app
  4. Select “Mail Accounts”
  5. Select “Add Account”
  6. Select “Microsoft Exchange”
  7. Fill in “Email” and “Description” and select “Next”
  8. Select “Sign In”
  9. Select “Continue”
  10. Enter email address (“abc12345@hs-regensburg.de”) and select “Next”
  11. Enter password and select “Sign In”
  12. Choose sync options and select “Save”

Setting Up Exchange Online Mail Account on iOS Mail App (ITZ Staff)

  1. See steps 1–9 under “Exchange with iPhone and Mail App (ITZ Staff)”
  2. Select “Sign-in Options”
  3. Select “Sign in with an organization”
  4. Enter domain name “oth-regensburg.de”
  5. Select your own account
  6. Choose sync options and select “Save”
